Skin | Skin is a postman. His back and parts of his legs are covered with intricate tattoos. The one on his back is a work of art in itself yet he can't see it without the use of a mirror. It can only be seen by others when he is naked with his back towards the viewer. £4000

Finding Tim | I painted this series primarily to study the human form but the more I looked into the subject of tattoos the stories of why people got tattooed became just as interesting. The reasons varied from wanting to make a statement to commemorating their divorce! Part of the pleasure of getting a tattoo was the pain of the needle, this was often repeated until large areas were covered. 72 x 32 inch. Oil on canvas. £3000.
